Cookbook Recipe Book

Question: How do I get a Cookbook From Stephenson Apple Farm in KC, Mo is now closed it?I loved to go to Stephenson Apple Farm in Kansas City, Mo. The last time I was there they were out of their cookbooks with their Favorite Recipes. I would like to find one for me and to my daughter. The restaurant closed the week of 16/02/2007. I live in Nevada and was the beginning of October 2006. Any ideas to help me?
