Fat Cooking
Question: I have a package of bacon, slices says that 18 grams of fat per second Is 18 grams before or after cooking?I know that bacon shrinks and lose fat during cooking, so I wonder if it is 18 grams before or after cooking? I cook bacon on my George Foreman grill is so much fat.
Answer: If it does state after cooking, then it should be before cooking ............ not sure if all companies that hold, but I have some packages, in and after feeding shows seen listed values. Looking online, I see 2 slices cooked ham
