Q: Favorite low-fat meals, the style fit the Weight Watchers life?Found out that I'm type 2 diabetes, so I went on a Weight Watchers diet need some Great Recipes to try. Thanks in advance!

Main course: Meat Moussaka Ingredients 2 medium raw eggplant, peeled and sliced 1/2-inch-thick 1 teaspoon of table salt, or more to taste, divided 1 tablespoon vegetable oil 1 pound (s) Raw lean beef 1 small onion (s), chopped 1 medium garlic clove (s), finely chopped 8 oz can tomato sauce 1 / 3 cup (s) of wine, red 1 / 8 teaspoon dried Oregano, or more to taste 1 / 8 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1 large egg white (s), 1 teaspoon dried parsley, beaten 1 / 4 cup (s) grated Parmesan cheese Instructions Heat oven to 350 º F. Place eggplant slices in a sieve and sprinkle with 1 / 2 teaspoon salt and let stand 15 minutes. Oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat, fry eggplant until lightly browned, about 1 1 / 2 minutes on each side. Drain on paper towels and set aside. In the same pan fry beef, onion and garlic until Beef is brown and onion is tender, about 4 minutes, drain off fat. Stir in 1 / 2 cup tomato sauce, wine, parsley, remaining 1 / 2 teaspoon salt, oregano and cinnamon, 10 minutes simmer. Stir 1 / 4 cup beef mixture into egg, return to the pan, mix well. Cook 1 minute. Pour remaining 1 / 2 cup tomato sauce in bottom 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Place 1 / 2 of eggplant slices on top of the sauce, then spoon beef mixture, sprinkle top with remaining eggplant slices and Parmesan. Bake until cheese golden brown and bubbly, about 30 minutes. Encyclopedia Cooking

Question: If a person asks you how many books have you read, you belong to cook books in your list?How about a dictionary or encyclopedia, or a comic book? They are also books, right?
Answer: The average reader could impossible to say how many books he or she has read. They could say no doubt, what books they enjoyed most. Novels, autobiography, biography, mystery, etc., probably in the amount of many hundreds or thousands of lives. Encylopaedias, dictionaries, cookery books only for reference, if some knowledge of a particular topic, the meaning of a word or details of a prescription is needed and certainly not be classified as "read". Comics are no books.
