Cookbooks? I want those who are vegan desserts, delicious in!?
I love food. Its the industry I'm in and I see a high demand for good vegan food, especially before the baker! One of my favorite hobbies is joy in experimenting with vegan or gluten-free things and make Delicious Desserts and pastries, that even hard core fans would butter. What cookbooks would you recommend? Definitely dessert books, but in open learning at the whole food spectrum. Thanks!

All recipes with beef stew meat other than beef stew?
I have some stew meat and evening, want to cook it for dinner. Everyone knows that the one-pot recipes call for meat other than beef stew? Not a big fan of beef stew so please no beef Stew recipes. I want the meat as tender as possible .. be Thanks for any help.
Stroganoff really well. And easy! Cook the meat in a pan, Drain. Add cream of mushroom and sour cream. Salt and pepper to taste. Heat until a creamy texture. Serve over cooked egg noodles. I onion in cooking the meat sometimes for variety.
