Cookbook Junior

Question: cookbook suggestions (please read details)?My family hardly eats dinner together most nights my dad works, so that its only me, my mother and my sister. Mama is usually too tired to cook something healthy after they get home from work (Dinner is usually grilled Cheese or hot dogs or spaghetti), my sister and I together and decided that we `d try to help alittle more. Washing clothes, walking our dogs, dishes, etc. We both have always wanted to learn to cook, taking a junior in school and hgih me of the school to get my own apartment next year, so we `d as suggestions for cookbooks that will be helpful for the younger generation on learning how to cook could. We think it could go home to mother can come and just relax while we cook dinner nice. Some cookbook that has some nice meal ideas (we have no problem with the desserts, only ideas for supper). Oh, and do with recipes that cow meat such as hamburgers and contain so (my sister is allergic). Chicken and other meat is fine tho.

You could make a simple chicken casserole with rice, lemon pepper chicken, chicken parmesan do these at all easy meals. Only Check out food network securely. I get a lot of my recipes from there.

Question: Trying to make baked beans, the beans and I am looking for a recipe, that does not use molasses or a can of baked?I can either bake or use Crock Pot. I would also like bacon and ground beef and other ingredients that I remember are ketchup, onion, liquid smoke, I think add .... This is a recipe I before, but have my cookbooks and recipes are packed for a move in 2 weeks. I make baked beans and coleslaw along with some other Things for moving day
Answer: This would be the basic ingredients and then just add what you want even otherwise. Good luck with the move and the baked beans. Baked Black Beans 4 slices bacon, diced 1 medium onion, diced 1 / 2 t. Garlic, finely chopped 2 cans black beans 1 1 / 2 cup beef broth 1 t. Cumin 2 T. dark rum 2 T. parsley, chopped Salt and pepper to taste Brown the bacon in a frying pan. Add the onion and garlic. Cook until soft. Toss with remaining ingredients. Pre-heat the oven to 350 F. Set pour the mixture into a baking dish. Cover and bake for 1 1 / 2 clock. Serve warm. 4-6. Enjoy.
