Loser Cookbook

Question: I have a diet question .... Please HELP?ok. I am 15 weigh 220 lbs. and I'm 6 foot 1in. I would like to know if I could use the biggest loser workout routines and the cookbook for my age. I know you should go to the doctor, but I'm really curious about it. I do not like to tell people that I want to Lose Weight. I do not really feel me say to my doctor, he is a great doctor I know is not like people telling. Now I work want to know anyones experiences and how they would on a 15-year-old. I'm built like an adult. I really need my Weight to get down, and I can not do it alone so I would something to me to want to get this weight!
Answer: Well first I just want you around for the first step by recognizing you have a weight problem and actually try to fix it before it gets too late . Praise good work! However, in the not too familiar with the biggest losers workout routine or cookbook. although I'm sure its pretty similar to many common Weight Loss Programs. all you have to do is eat healthy and exercise. your not going to lose the weight overnight, it takes time, this is the first thing to learn you up front.
