what is a common one day menu for Chinese?
I need to prepare a one-day menu for my Chinese patients, but I know not exactly know what to look like a typical Chinese diet ..
Chinese For a sick patient: 1) breakfast - plain rice and salted egg or a few pickles 2) Morning Tea time - flour pancake with scallions 3) lunch - steamed fish and plain rice and Stir Fried Vegetables 4) Afternoon Tea - soft cookies 5) dinner - rice porridge with minced pork cooked with care Note - Congee is easy to digest and patient might get hungry in a short time. Take Note in the count calories and ensure that enough protein is so comsumed as an aid to recovery

What ingredient contributes more to body fat?
More food, which of these you will be more body fat: fat, saturated fatty acids (assuming that both organic and no trans fats) and carbohydrates? Because I eat very much fat in my diet, too much probably, although the organic (especially of nuts, sunbutter and milk) I eat very little meat and I do not seem to be affected by this problem. Whenever I see something low in fat but high in carbohydrates occasionally eat, I feel a little more humid than before.
Simple carbohydrates (sugar, flour, bread, cereal, pasta, potatoes, rice trigger) Insulin (the only fat storage hormone). The more protein the more fat-burning hormone glucagon is released. Fat does not make you fat. Fat is required vitamins and minerals bioavailable in food to make in order to be incorporated into the body. Since fruits have fructose, they are the lipogenic carb and fat in the correct fat cells more efficiently than any other carb. This applies even more to high fructose. As long as you have <9grams carbohydrates per hour, you have to maintain control of insulin and should not weight , to increase regardless of the number of calories as fat storage hormone insulin is not activated.
