Dishes Cookbook

Question: I am looking for a Spencer chocolate chili recipe I have used and from a sample cookbook I bought in your town!I have tried to to find it for ages, now I have the recipe for chili from a cookbook by Marks and Spencer I had in 2006. I was wandering and could not take it. All I remember is the cookbook was red and asked the Spanish recipe for light and dark chocolate, and instead of minced meat was cut beef, I loved the dish and tried to since it is new. If anyone knows the recipe or how I can I find the cookbook would be chuffed. Please help!
Answer: £ 3 beef chuck freshly ground black pepper salt Gray 2.1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, 1 teaspoon plus 1 teaspoon ground cumin, 2 teaspoons plus 2 tablespoons chili powder, plus 2 tablespoons Masa harina (Mexican corn flour) 1 / 2 cup extra-virgin Olive Oil 1 / 4 cup lard (Manteca) 4 red onions, peeled and chopped 6 garlic cloves, chopped 4 jalapeno peppers, thinly sliced with seeds, stems removed 1 / 4 cup tomato paste 2 teaspoons dried oregano 2-3 (12 ounce) bottles beer 1 (12 ounce) can diced tomatoes in juice 1 quart chicken broth 3 (12 ounce) cans black beans 2 ounces bittersweet chocolate, cut into large pieces, cut Save the chuck into ¾-inch pieces, or to time, have your butcher do this for you. Add the Olive Oil and then the coated meat, spreading it evenly so it covers the bottom of the Dutch Oven in 1 layer. Leave it alone, without turning it so the meat will brown and caramelize. Meanwhile add lard. The meat has a lot of moisture in it such a good amount of steam is caramel from the pan before it comes. As it brown, slowly rotate each piece with tongs. Once all sides are caramelized, Meat Remove from with a slotted spoon and cool on a baking sheet pan juices can be in the Dutch Oven to roast vegetables. Add the onions and garlic Add and fry for 5 minutes on medium heat, caramelize them and to begin to soften. Add the jalapenos and allow for 2 more minutes, until they soft boil. Add the tomato paste. Some of the same spices were used on the meat used to the sauce. Add remaining 2 teaspoons of of cumin, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, oregano, and 2 tablespoons chili powder. Add beer. Stir to incorporate everything. Add diced tomatoes, and stir. Then add the reserved meat. Add chicken broth. Simmer for 1 1 / 2 hours until meat is wonderfully tender. Strain juice from the black bean paste, The beans in the pot and bring to simmer until chili. Then add pieces of dark chocolate. Stir until it melts. Serve immediately or store in a refrigerator for 2-3 days.
