Question: My home PC is freezing when I "m over the Internet. What can I do?Answer: If your computer will let you, go to speakeasy.net / speedtest. Run do a speed test and observe the progress of the counter to see when it starts and stops. If so, then it is probably a problem with your computer and not your Internet Service Provider. When it comes to repair your computer there are services which the diagnosis and elimination from your computer line, if you have a Windows machine. If the speed test shows the connection speed to be very low then you call your ISP's Support Line.
