Question: How to control weight to stop from spinning out?It finally hit me when I was told by my doctor, at the age of 21 years, that I have a fatty liver. At 5'4 and 170 lbs, my BMI says I am borderline obese! I am so unhappy with myself, I no longer show any images on the Internet. I have to do something! What is the best way to Lose Weight starting today? My goal is to lose £ 40th
Answer: First, make a food diary every time you put fork to mouth and record each time you record a drink. Keep records of the quantities if you eat or drink and what you were feeling at the time. After 3 days, the calorie and fat count for each day there are many food online calorie counter. Losing weight is simple math, if you then put in more then you consume will be assessed at the end. Once you choose your counting calories and fat, how much you lose per week want. A good rule of thumb is to keep it anywhere from 2:01 LB 2 pounds per week. Any higher and you will More Than likely end up where you were before and then few. Take it from someone who's been there. Some simple ways to cut calories: Cut out sugary sodas. If you drink soda switch on a diet or even better water. Try at least eight 8 oz glasses of water per day. Water helps keep you full and keeps your liver is fully functional. Do not rob you yourself of things you really love, but not overindulge a little. This is basically not say, to punish himself. But eat three chocolate chip cookies a day is gluttony, well everyday is not so hot. Try decadent once a week, and for something once a month. Fast Food is rarely a good choice and if they do, it is tempting to a fat burger. How many times have you decided to order a salad to only change your opinion a split second later? Do not skip breakfast. Breakfast means exactly what the word says, "break" the "fast". Your body is so programmed to eat every few hours and, of course, eat not when you sleep, breakfast jump starts the metabolism. Exercise. Seems like a chore is not it? I never have time, etc. Soo many excuses we have all. The fact is, exercise is something we have time for you. You have to eat and drink their voluntary, takes practice to be as well. Start small, recommended 30 Minutes 3 times per week to maintain weight, and lose More Than 30 minutes three times per week weight. To get into the habit, try five minutes a day .... walking around the block, etc. Increase the next week to 15 minutes ... you get the idea. Exercise must be a habit formed. A side note ... I am a hypocrite to be here, I should My own advice to follow easily, but said than done! So many of us have this problem, it's a mind over matter thing. good luck!
