How Weight Watchers work?
I'm 25, 5'9 ", and the weight of almost 190 (size 14). I gained weight after her 2 children and the development of hypothroidism. I is a Weight Watchers cookbook bought today, you hope some of my regular meals will help me Lose Weight, but know nothing about the program. How much is it to join? Can I participate in it without it?
You can do it without joining, but you have to do a job first! Help replace some meals, but for results, you need to see you follow the plan. It is very easy, and I've always had good results on it. Do a Wikipedia search for Weight Watchers. On there they have the formula for the preparation WW point in the food. Basically, you need to have everything go, what you eat write down the saturated fat, calories and fiber per serving. Then use the formula to work out the points per serving. Write this down. Eat 26 Points per day. You need to include everything that you swallow, such as cod liver oil capsules, if they are, and drinks. Each 15lbs you lose, you take one point per day. You can up to 4 points per day, and eat them on a different day. You need to eat all the points until the end of a 7-day period. Try to exercise as well, which really helps. Good luck!
