Two Cookbooks
Cooking for one or two?
I am looking for titles cookbook here. My mother still has problems with ideas for cooking only for themselves, and it does not have a computer. It has not cookbooks, and links. I take the titles offered, check our local library system and keep some of them for her. It's just that the local library system is huge, so blind to the catalog is not as efficient. Thanks in advance for your help.
I would recommend with enthusiasm, "the improvisational Cook" by Sally Schneider. The premise of the book is that if the basics of many courts do, it frees you to enjoy with different versions of what is underneath, fresh or OnHand have. The great thing is with a budget of only a few that there are more opportunities for reuse of residues and smaller portions .... Plus, the recipes are just really fun. Good luck.
