Bread Machine Baking
All have bread machines always have a "dough" mode? (I want the dough into the oven and bake it yourself)
Most bread machines have a dough mode. I have used this feature several times and the best results come from letting your dough in a warm draft free area for about an hour. Then bake in the oven ... mmm bread, rolls yummy .. .. good luck!

Jewish Cookbook
Best Jewish cookbooks?
I want to buy a pair to give as Christmas Gifts for those family members as a Jewish Descent we are, you can recommend some really good please? Thank you
By far, I have kitchens, the recipes found in the ... "Hadassah Jewish Holiday Cookbook: Traditional Recipes from Contemporary Kosher "... To be one of the best. Not only do they give the recipe, but also some history behind the recipe as well. It is edited by Joan Schwartz Michel with photographs by Louis Wallach. ISBN: 0-88363-603-4 It retails for $ 29.95, but you could find it for less. I think I have it on the sale of Barnes & Noble on a clearance rack for about 12 euros. Another good "A Taste of Challah" by Tamar ange. The bread recipes are very mild and not very good, but I did make the book more for learning the various styles of weaving the challah bread and the ritual prayers associated with it. It gave me some good ideas on how to try different methods. I also have "The New York Times Jewish Cookbook". There are not a lot of very good recipes in this one, but a lot of pictures. You could probably find most of these on Amazon.com at discount prices.
