Cook Book
How do I make a family history / cookbook?
I want to make a family story / cookbook for my children as a Christmas present for this Year. what type of paper I print on and how do I go about covering a book. what programs I can use. Who will be helpful in this project.
My husband has even thought about doing this out and give it to our girls, and when they move out on their own. The left side is a photo of the food. The right side is the recipe and a brief history of the meal such as "This is the favorite - meal .... You like it because ........". Just off the standard letter paper and in a beautiful bound presentation folder or binder to print.

Fat Free
What are some fat-free or low-fat things that make a salad with?
I love salads ... but I always add things fatty acids, to allow the Salad defeats the purpose of eating. I like bacon, cheese, nuts, things like that. Even a creamy dressing. I'm trying to be open to everything, though. I also Lettuce wraps make thought about ... What are some fat free or low-fat products that I could do with it?
Good Green Salad: I usually make Red leaf lettuce salad with a lettuce green baby spinach salad mix herbs (parsley is a mixture of all possible open, want coriander, salad, radicchio --- The mixtures vary) to get in these prepackaged containers and plastic bags. They add a variety of flavors), baby carrots or cucumbers shredded carrots Sometimes I have raisins or mandarins and even walnuts. As far as your salad is concerned, the only thing I add is no reason, you find is the bacon and the creamy Dressing. Also, skip the croutons - I'd opt instead for walnuts or sunflower seeds for crunch factor. The cheese in limited quantities is a good Source of calcium and protein. The nuts have protein, good oils and vitamins. Only the crowd. Our body needs some fat. Try fat-free Italian or cider Vinegar or just add some pepper and salt. Anyway, maybe add a few slices of chicken or hard boiled eggs - now you have a meal.
