Would you recommend Weight Watchers?
I want to start the program any type of Weight Loss. Has anyone had any success with Weight Watchers? I do not want to register if it is not helpful. Oh, and what I want is something simple. When I was pregnant I had gestational diabetes and I had a special diet follow, was low in carbohydrates and they agreed in carb food choices as a piece of bread was one carb choice and I was 2-4 carb choices per meal or snack (Each have, what it was) I thought that was easy to follow, but my sample menu book was small and I always eat the same things over and over. I do not want some complicated Diet book, or follow recipes use ingredients tons.
Yeah! I lost 10 pounds my first week. If you want the points to do it with the Payment of the cost outrageous I know a web site has that nad all free. It is very simple. You will receive an assigned number of points per day and you will get the points [To or around him] and you get an extra 30 points per week if you go on. You need only count the points for your food you eat. You have points for every imaginable food. Even fast food.
