What is the easiest cake you can make on the basis of new?
I recently started baking and I really want to scratch out a cake, one can point to a fairly simple recipe for me to begin with? I like all kinds of cakes.
This recipe is so simple and foolproof, and you can it is desired tastes. Economy cake 1 cup self raising flour 3 / 4 cup sugar 1 / 2 cup milk or water 1 egg 1 tablespoon melted butter 1 teaspoon of flavoring substances - Use anything really, I've nutmeg cocoa, cinnamon, essence of the election, orange or lemon zest (I also substitute some of the milk with the respective juice). Cinnamon is my favorite. Directions - Combine all ingredients in a bowl and beat for 3 minutes baking. for 50-60 minutes at 200C (390F) Easy as pie.

Does Winsor Pilates Work?
Hi, I'm thinking about buying a Pilates DVD set with 20 minutes 10 Winsor Circle Workout Accelerated Fat Burning Workout Sculpting Blast Workout Sculpting Circle minutes Advanced Abs Workout Bun & Thigh Workout Upper Body Sculpting Back Workout Fat Burning Cookbook and Exercise Planner Just wondering if I combine these with Turbo Jam (which is an amazing cardio workout) is to get my body leaner and toner? I would like to have a defined abdomen and thinner Not to mention firmer legs, a smaller butt (haha) (hard like I want a smaller BUTT !!!!), if you've seen results, TELL ME! I want to really to make sure this is a good investment too, I plan to go on a very strict diet of fruit, vegetables, fish and chicken with 1,200 calories or less and 8 glasses of water a day:) I hope to lose 15-20 lbs before July!
