I have people looking for a cookbook has recipes for cooking, for More Than 50?
I need a cookbook that will help people, 150 m² cook for large events with 50 -. I do not want to have, like recipes: Campbell's soup cans 10 in a pot dump. I am looking for cookbook a real home cooking kind Any suggestions appreciated. Thank you!
You do not have much of a choice. You could always try a book called "Food Fifty for "OR" Wenzel's Menu Maker. "Other than these two books or a Professional Chef's cookbook, the only other proposal that I can offer is using common home-style recipes from a cookbook and multiply them to 50 or higher. Anyone got Robert Carrier's recipe for lasagna?
This was in one of his many cookbooks, I do not remember that!
I looked for you to see if I could find the recipe .... but you did not mention what you were looking for ... he had several recipes for lasagna, three mushroom lasagne, layered vegetable lasagna, traditional lasagna, zucchini lasagna .... If you find no happiness that one of your search on the net ... or a reader, it claims, do to your local library and they can have the cookbook you looking for ...
