What weight loss supplements can people with bipolar condition can be transferred?
I would particularly like to know which supplements aid Weight loss for people on the help of bipolar weight gain bipolar medications (which slows metabolism and increases appetitite) I know, the Green Tea speeds up metabolism and suppress appetite, and Acai Berry Helps You see a bit thinner in the face and has minimal bloat if taken moderately. What other supplements are safe? I would so much as I can get help! Thanks!
I understand the problem with drugs and weight gain. If one of it myself. However, I do not want the risk of a supplement, etc. This, because they probably something in them that could trigger a manic state. Supplements are not be required to review by the FDA, and we do not always know what cause these additions and what may be a worsening in our symptoms. I agree with other posters about sports. It is sooooo hard to do. I seriously problems with stay grounded, but my 15 years old (also bipolar) exercises every Day and it actually weighs less, and she eats what she wants. You only get a lot of practice and it works. Hope that helps.
