What is a cheap / Good Food wine?
I try to Portofino a replica of the Olive Garden's Seafood and I need for white wine the buerre blanc. I have never used white wine can anyone recommend a Good Food wine, not too expensive? And I can only bring my Parents with me to buy it because I do not have a license or something? Thank you.
Definitely get a wine that you enjoy on it's own. A lot of people, including myself are not fans of cooking wine. Chardonnay pinoit and gris are two good options. Since you do not have an ID, it is a good idea, your parents or a friend to help age the wine buying for you.
