Weight Loss Cookbook
Is this a good Weight Loss plan?
I am 146 pounds lbs 5'2''und try 14, down on 136th 2X/wk-1hr strength training w / Personal Trainer 3X/wk-cardio @ least 30min (swimming laps, walking / jogging on the treadmill, elliptical, etc) I will cook from the Biggest Loser / Cooking Light / Weight Watchers cookbooks, eating fruit and vegetables and all the good things, and when I go out to lunch, I'll order something healthy. Once a week I need a cheat Meal with my family. I drink lots of water. Oh, Heck no, I'm not eating 1200 calories per day! This is the absolute minimum, and I am a teenager. I eat 1,800 calories per Day or less. If you do not believe me check spark teens
I should not know what your strength training routine consists of, but at 14 you probably avoid, Weights or something too heavy, maybe try some exercises with Your Own body weight. Your heart is good, their routine and low impact cross-training is a good way to keep your body from complacent. Just keep eating the way you are and be patient to Lose Weight is the hardest thing to give up a lot of people, straight. I was not much older than you and I weighed 147kg. I am now in my 20's rock and abit of 100kg. In the 6'2 be such a good weight. Try carbohydrates late in the day, avoid as thats when your body is less active and try to eat 6-8 small meals to speed up your metabolism. Her mother says probably You breakfast the most important meal of the day, and she is right.
