What / Cookbook Indian curry you recommend?
I have had Kris Dhillon's "Curry Secret" and not really think it was very good. I would like to make curry from scratch so I'm looking for the ultimate curry cookbook! My philosophy in the manufacture of curry from scratch, if it is not taste as beautiful as a curry can buy in a supermarket jar, the time and effort is not worth it. I do not mind how long it takes to get a good, as long as the end product is worth it to make curry!
"Madhur Jaffrey" - A Taste of India, a very old book now, but also describes the origin of the courts of many regions throughout India. There is also a delightful read.
