Pampered Chef Strawberry Banana brownie recipe?
Okay, my mother had a Pampered Chef party a few years back, and she had these brownies with strawberries, Bananas, vanilla pudding and brownie mix. and pretty sure thats it? Does anyone know the recipe? because we cannot find them anywhere. not in all of our PC cookbooks. I want this on my birthday party thats approach. Thanks for your help.:) Thanks, but I found it. Banana Cream Brownie squares 4 Posted by Linda 3 / cup dry roasted peanuts, chopped 1 package brownie mix (plus ingredients to make) 3 medium bananas 1 1 / 4 cups milk 1 package (4 servings) instant vanilla pudding 1 can (1 1) Cool Whip thawed, 12 strawberries 1 square (1 ounce) Preheat semi-sweet chocolate for baking to 350 ° F. In food chopper, chop peanuts. Prepare brownie mix as directed, stir in 1 / 2 cup peanuts. Pour into square dish baker. Prepare baking according to package instructions. Cool completely. Slice 2 bananas. In a single layer over brownie. In a bowl, whisk pudding mix and Milk until the mixture just begins to thicken. Gently fold in 2 1 / 2 cups of cool whip. Quickly spread pudding mixture over bananas. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Sprinkle remaining 1 / 4 cup peanuts over pudding mixture. With decorator, filled with cool whip. To serve, cut into squares, garnish with whipped cream topping. Grate chocolate evenly over dessert. Slice remaining banana and strawberries. Garnish each square with banana and strawberries cut slices.
