Below is the recipe for making Surimi seafood lettuce cups. The recipe below makes 4 servings or 8 lettuce cups and cooking time is approximately 30 minutes.
Ingredients for Surimi seafood lettuce cups

1½ cups Surimi seafood such as Alaska Surimi seafood

1½ cups cooked rice (best to be Japanese rice)

1/2 cup cucumber (peeled, seeded and chopped)

1/2 cup avocado (peeled and chopped)

1 cup Asian style salad dressing such as ginger and wasabi salad dressing or low fat dressing

1/4 cup pickled ginger (chopped and garnished)

1/2 cup toasted nori or seaweed (optional)

3 TBSP toasted sesame seeds (garnish)
