Thai Ginger Chicken Recipe

How to make the ginger sauce for the Thai ginger chicken dish?

The ingredients for the ginger sauce are:

  • 30 ml. (2 tablespoons) fish sauce
  • 45 ml. (3 tablespoons) oyster sauce
  • 30 ml. (2 tablespoons) light soy sauce
Instructions for the Thai ginger chicken recipe
  • Put oil into the wok

  • When the oil is hot, fry the garlic until it starts to turn brown

  • Add the onion and the chicken

  • Stir fry until the outside of the chicken turn white

  • Add the ginger

  • Stir fry to combine

  • Add the sauce ingredients and stir fry again

  • Add the chilli and chicken stock

  • Stir fry for 1 minute

  • Add spring onions and stir fry to combine

  • Serve
