Below is the Thai ginger chicken recipe for stir fry chicken with ginger. Chicken and ginger go very well together and have been exploit in many cuisine not just Thai but also Chinese and many other cultures. If possible try to get young ginger which has pink root. Pink root ginger tastes better.
