Surimi Recipes
Below are some Surimi recipes you can make. Surimi is crab flavored seafood what is quite versatile and there are many dishes you can make with Surimi. A great way to eat Surimi seafood is with Surimi seafood dipping sauces. Below are three Surimi dipping sauce recipes. Since Surimi seafood is often eaten raw (Surimi seafood packaged is already fully cooked), you can make a few different Surimi dipping sauces to enjoy all at the same time.
Each recipe of Surimi dipping sauce is for 12 - 16 oz. of Surimi seafood. Arrange the Surimi seafood (crab sticks) on a plate and serve with some of the Surimi dipping sauces below.
Asian Surimi seafood dipping sauce recipe
|
1/3 cup soy sauce
2 TBSP water
1 TBSP sugar
1 TBSP rice vinegar
1 TBSP sesame oil
1/2 TSP minced garlic
2 green onions, sliced
Blend all the ingredients for this great Asian Surimi seafood dipping sauce and cover up until serving. |

Southwest Surimi dipping sauce recipe

1/2 cup low fat mayonnaise

1/3 cup low fat sour cream or plain yogurt

1 TBSP capers

1 TBSP fresh lime juice

1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced

1/2 TSP of cayenne pepper

1/2 TSP of cumin

1/2 TSP of dried dill weed

1/2 TSP of oregano
Blend all ingredients of the Southwest Surimi dipping sauce together, cover and refrigerate until serving.
Americana Surimi dipping sauce recipe
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 TBSP creamy horseradish
- 1 TSP of packed brown sugar
- 1 TSP of minced onion
- 1/2 TSP fresh lemon juice
Blend all the ingredients of the Americana Surimi seafood dipping sauce together and cover until serving.
