Hawaiian Crockpot Chicken

mandarin oranges, drained |

cornstarch |
| 3 tablespoons |
brown sugar, packed |
| 2 tablespoons |
lemon juice |
| ¼ teaspoon |
salt |
| ¼ teaspoon |
ground ginger |
5½ - 7 qt (12-16 servings)
| 6 pounds |
skinless, boneless chicken breasts, halved |
| 2 can (16 oz) |
pineapple slices, drained |
| 2 can (15 oz) |
mandarin oranges, drained |
| 4 tablespoons |
cornstarch |
| 4 tablespoons |
brown sugar, packed |
| 4 tablespoons |
lemon juice |
| ½ teaspoon |
salt |
| ½ teaspoon |
ground ginger |
Cooking Hawaiian chicken in a crockpot or slow cooker
Combine all ingredients in the crockpot. Stir well. Cover and cook using:
- the low setting for 6-8 hours, or
- the high setting for 3 hours
